White pine essential oil 10 ml

White pine oil is a powerful air purifier and disinfectant. It is a great addition to the sauna and steam room. In addition to the known benefits for the respiratory tract, it also stimulates the elimination of toxins in the body.

Where to use:

• Respiratory problems (colds)
• Skin injuries
• Severe fatigue
• Muscle and joint pain

How to use:

• Mix 3 drops of white pine oil and 5 drops of vegetable oil. Apply 3 times a day, on the problem area.
• In case of respiratory problems, it is recommended to do inhalations 3 times a day. Add 3 drops of pine oil and 2 drops of peppermint essential oil. Inhale for 5 to 10 minutes, protecting the eyes.
• For a relaxing massage and for sore muscles, add 5 drops of the oil to the massage oil.
• For a relaxing bath or when you are very tired, add 5 drops directly to the warm water.
